Craft Taffy
Hello! We're Des & Corrie -- sisters who grew up with swimming pools, freeways and Monday nights at Disneyland to find ourselves living in the farmlands of Idaho, married to great husbands who really make life possible. Thankfully they cook and clean and ignore our 'not so hidden' fabric stashes. We bought them off with golf passes.
Des - Living in a small town gives me a great appreciation for getting out of town. ;) I can watch the same movie over & over again and not remember the ending - it's a gift. I love the ocean; let's retreat there! We'll pretend we're mermaids. I have a love/hate relationship with my dentist. I love Les Mis. And I'm a little obsessed with Disneyland.
Corrie - I couldn't get Des to write anything about herself, and now she won't stop. She wants you to know that she likes to read and would like to have dinner with Harry & Ginny Potter. AND now she has a full time job and that's all we get to hear about.
Back to me, yeah, when has it ever been about me? Yes, she's older. I live in Caldwell and run Quilt Taffy, an online fabric and notions shop. I like to bake too much, travel, sew, plan events (I love a good theme) & create. I enjoy people that like that too. Women that want to get away, recharge and connect with others.
